7. LOST, STOLEN & MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package does not show as delivered and appears to be lost in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update.

Depending on the circumstances, we may open a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen are generally the customer's responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. ALL SALES FINAL & NO RETURNS

Except where otherwise stated in our policies or required by applicable law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment.
